Customer module helps to manage Customer Relation Management (CRM). It is an important business function as net sales through the sale of products and services and resulting profit drive most commercial Business. Customer’s area is fully separated from the admin area. Each customer has their own login where they can keep track of all financial data, task status and chat with developer etc.
Lead Manager module cover 3 sub modules- Dashboard, Appointment and Leads.
Dashboard provide information about call logs, meetings and Leads.
Appointments module is flexible with simple nice looking design and easy to use. Appointments can be created with a specific start time and location with option to include Internal, External Contact or Lead and also include staff as attendees.
Lead section holds the contact information and, in some cases, demographic information of a customer who is interested in a specific product or service. It keeps track of leads in one place and easily follow their progress.
Lead module organizes your leads in stages and change stages easily with drag and drop. It provides the facility to auto import leads from email, add notes, create proposals, attach files.
Feedback module allows to send and receive feedback.
